Terms of Service.

All orders placed through wearlegacythread.com are considered custom-made and produced specifically for you. By submitting an order, you confirm that you have the legal right to use all photos, videos, text, and other content included in your submission.

Once an order is placed, our team will review your submission and may reach out via email if additional information or higher-resolution files are needed. Orders are not considered finalized until payment is received in full and all required materials have been submitted.

Legacy Thread reserves the right to refuse any order that contains content we deem unlawful, offensive, infringing on third-party rights, or inconsistent with our brand values. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Our standard production and delivery timeframe is 7 to 14 business days from the date all required materials and payment have been received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Turnaround times may vary during peak seasons or for large group orders. If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us at orders@wearlegacythread.com before placing your order so we can confirm feasibility.

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Legacy Thread is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Because each Legacy Thread shirt is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final once production has begun. You may request a full refund if you cancel your order within 24 hours of placement and before our design team has begun work on your proofs.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved proof, please contact us at orders@wearlegacythread.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.

Refunds, when issued, will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Legacy Thread does not offer cash refunds for orders paid by check or money order.

Each Legacy Thread shirt may include a personalized digital experience accessible by scanning a code on your garment. This experience is provided as a complimentary add-on to your physical order and is not sold separately.

The digital experience is hosted on third-party platforms and services. Legacy Thread does not guarantee perpetual availability of the digital experience and reserves the right to modify, migrate, or discontinue hosting at any time with reasonable notice.

You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute the digital experience or its underlying technology. The digital experience is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the original recipient and their invited guests.

You retain ownership of the original photos, videos, and content you submit. By placing an order, you grant Legacy Thread a limited license to reproduce, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Legacy Thread retains ownership of all original design work, layout compositions, and the digital experience framework created for your order. These elements may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Legacy Thread's total liability to you for any claim arising from your order or use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products and services on wearlegacythread.com, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content are entirely free of errors or omissions.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Legacy Thread may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify customers of material changes by posting an updated version on wearlegacythread.com with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
